Pilot and service terms

Last updated: 25 October 2026. These terms apply to every pilot and monthly pack from Fresh Hook Studio ([legal name], [business address], Belgium, enterprise number [BE 0000.000.000]). They are written for business customers only.

1. What you buy

The pilot covers one product, one concept, two video hooks of up to 15 seconds, one static ad, one aspect ratio and one revision round, as listed on the pilot page. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start.

2. Price and payment

The pilot costs €249 excluding VAT. We invoice 50% (€124.50) before work starts and 50% after your revision round. Invoices are due within 7 days. Work starts only when the deposit has arrived and we have usable product photos.

3. Timing

We aim to deliver within 3 working days of receiving both the deposit and usable assets. Delays in sending assets, approvals or feedback move the delivery date by the same amount.

4. Claims and approvals

Before production we send you every product claim used in the ads. You approve or strike each one. You are responsible for making sure approved claims are true and lawful for your product.

5. Use of AI

We use AI tools for scenes, motion, voiceover and resizing. People write the concept, hooks and copy and check every frame against your real product. We tell you which assets contain AI imagery. Platforms may label AI content.

6. Revisions

One revision round is included: send all requested changes together within 7 days of delivery. Changes to the agreed concept or product count as new work.

7. Ownership and use

When both invoices are paid, you may use the delivered files in your own advertising and marketing without time limit. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio only if you agree in writing. Your logos, product images and brand assets remain yours.

8. No performance promise

We deliver finished ads ready to test. We do not run your ad account and do not promise any sales, return on ad spend or other results.

9. Cancellation

If we decide your product isn't a fit before you pay, nothing is owed. If you cancel after paying the deposit but before we send the concept on day 1, we refund the deposit in full. Once production has started, the deposit is not refundable.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any pilot or monthly pack is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or ad spend.

11. Monthly packs

Monthly packs are offered only after a pilot. They run month to month and can be cancelled before the next month starts.

12. Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
