Who we are

What we collect

When you use the booking form we collect your name, work email, shop URL, company name, the product you name and any notes you add. When you work with us we also hold the product files and brand assets you send, and the invoices we issue.

Why, and on what basis

We use this information to reply to your request, prepare an invoice and deliver the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract. We keep invoices for as long as Belgian accounting law requires.

If we contact your business first by email, we do so on the basis of legitimate interest, only to company addresses, and every message lets you opt out. If you opt out we keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so we never write again.

Who processes it

The website and booking form are hosted by Netlify. Email is handled by our email provider. Files are stored in a cloud drive. Product images may be processed by AI generation services to produce your ads. We don't sell your data or use your assets for anything other than your project.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project files are deleted 6 months after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or, in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk).
